Verum Terra Geoscience Inc. (VTGI) is formed by a team of professionals with core business knowledge in Geoscience, Environment and Engineering.

It was duly registered on the 30th July of 2008 with Registration Number CS200811745 at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Pasig City, Philippines. The Company has seven (7) incorporators, all of which are it's Directors. VTGI has 100 Million capitalization and is a registered Contractor with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
